SALON POLICY

At Sensual 'n' Mystical Eyes we strive to provide our clients with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. In order to continue to do so, we have a salon policy which we would like our clients to adhere to. 

RUNNING LATE

All clients are expected to be at the salon within 15 minutes of their appointment time. One late client delays the following appointments. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment would need to be rescheduled, unless you are happy to cut down your appointment time whilst paying the full service cost.

NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELLATION NOTICES

All cancellations are expected to be made by giving a minimum of 48 hrs notice to allow us enough time to fill them. Less than 48 hrs notice would attract 50% of service fee as cancellation fee. No shows are not acceptable. If you can’t make your appointment, kindly let us know. Not turning up for your appointment without notification would attract full service fee becoming due. After two no shows you would only be allowed appointments with full payment payable upfront that would be non refundable under any circumstances.

LASH INFILLS

You are expected to take care of your lashes. Please be prepared to pay more if you come with less than expected lashes left on your eyes. 
Expectancy:2 weeks- 70% , 2 and ½ weeks- 60% and 3 weeks- 50%

Makeup

All the appointments for any service related to lash extension, Microblading, brow tint, lash tint, brow henna are required to turn up without any eye makeup. If for some reason you have to have the makeup on, then please arrive 5/10 minutes earlier and let us provide you with the cleaning wipes. There would be additional charge of $10 if we have to take makeup off your lashes before the lash extension appointment.

Cell phones

Use of cell phones is not allowed while we are performing service on closed eyes as it can cause an accidental injury to your eyes.

bringing kids to your appointments

We do not have child minding facilities. For the safety of your children and the comfort of all clients, we ask that you do not bring children with you when you visit us. If you cannot avoid bringing your children, you will need to bring someone with you to watch them. Our salon is not a safe place for unsupervised children.

PETS

NSW health and hygiene regulations require us not to allow any pets in the salon. We love animals but we love our clients as well.

sMOKING

It’s illegal to smoke or vap an electric cigarette inside a beauty salon and also our strata laws have banned Smoking or vaping in any part of the building.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT provide refunds. Our promise to you is the best quality products and service. There would be no refunds provided on any of our services and if a product is faulty we would replace it or offer a credit note.

HEALTH AND ILLNESS

We require you to disclose any health issues and illness that may affect our service to you in anyway. Not disclosing or hiding any issues would waive us off any responsibility in that regard.

PRIVACY

Maintaining your privacy is our responsibility. We would not disclose any information related to you to anyone except any governing authority without your written consent.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in-store for a specified amount and are valid for six months. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and the total amount must be used in one go. Any leftover value cannot be used at a later date.
